Why is the cart wheel black? Do you know?

The first rubber car tires were invented in 1815, their color was white. Due to the white colored tires, during the summer, these tires started melting and changing their shape. Here the tires were very weak and had to be replaced after running a few kilometers.

At that time scientists set their minds and they prepared a mixer of charcoal and rubber.

Whose chemical compound is 'carbon black'. It is used as a stable chemical, which is combined with other polymers to form a tire running compound.

Once joined with rubber, carbon black increases tire strength and durability, which is seen as a desirable feature for tire manufacturers and car drivers.

In a way, carbon black extends the lifetime of a tire, conducting heat away from parts of the tire that are particularly hot. Carbon maintains the quality of tires, protecting them from UV light and ozone, which are known to cause tire damage.

Black tires not only increase strength and durability, but they also affect the safety of your driving.

Longer lasting tires means that you will have a more reliable drive. Tires can be considered the most important part of your vehicle as they affect almost every performance factor, from handling and acceleration to braking and ride comfort. It is therefore no surprise that black tires are the most popular today.
